I realize I don't talk about politics much on this blog and I don't know if I've just been living in my sheltered bubble of NYC for too long to notice the difference, but in the last year, rampant homophobia seems to be sweeping the nation.
This whole uproar about children's cartoons is so absurd, it should be laugable but I find it really terrifying. Check out this link about the PBS show "Postcards from Buster."
