i'm back

I've been absent from the blog for the past few days thanks to various work commitments and some Spring allergies.

Feeling a little better today. Certainly more coherent.

I cleaned out some old file cabinets this weekend that I've been keeping in my storage space in the basement. We're re-doing the basement and I wanted to get rid of a lot of my crap before I have to move it all again.

Among the treasures found: mixed tapes from an ex-girlfriend (circa 1994) and courtship love letters from an ex-boyfriend (circa 1997). It's been a long time since I've received either of these types of offerings from a potential future ex.
