I broke my no-sugar rule this morning and got a jumbo chocolate crumb muffin. As we all know, a muffin is basically an acceptable way to eat a large piece of cake for breakfast and it was the least I could do for my aunt flo. I also got the Irish Creme coffee. Now I'm all sugar and caffeine charged.
