The KGB BAR will launch a new monthly on-line literary journal this spring and an annual print issue in 2007.

KGB BAR LIT will publish, as is our tradition, provocative and compelling works of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry by a mix of literary heavyweights and talented emerging authors.

For our premiere issue, scheduled to launch April 17, we’re publishing feature articles on the PEN International Festival of Literature and the Tartan Festival of Scottish Writers In NY, an event sponsored by the Scottish Arts Council & the British Council. In honor of these programs, the issue will have an international twist.

WE ARE SEEKING:

1. PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED WORKS OF FICTION AND NON-FICTION.

2. WRITERS FOR FEATURE ARTICLES, BOOK REVIEWS, ARTIST/AUTHOR INTERVIEWS.

3. FEATURES EDITOR – this section covers about 5 main events going on at the bar each month.

4. COPY EDITOR
