still blah

Still melancholy and a little out of sorts.

Before this blog turns into the "My Cat is Dead Review" I think I'm going to take a little break from blogging, at least until next week. There are also a few parties this weekend that I will probably miss. I do have a bunch of work to catch up on anyway.

Thanks so much to all of you who e-mailed with kind words, unlike someone I saw last night, almost directly after the euthanasia, who only had this to say, "I don't understand you people with your animals." I really appreciate your good thoughts. It makes everything so much easier.
