waste of time

I spent a good six hours yesterday waiting for my groceries to be delivered from my local supermarket. I purchased everything around eleven a.m. and asked to have it all delivered. I found out around five -after several phone calls- that my groceries had been "lost." What a waste of a beautiful day. I did, however, get a refund today and went shopping at a different store. I hate that kind of time waste, a big do-over. Oh well.
