silver lining

It's gloomy out today, but still pretty hot.

I really would like this summer weather to end. Soon. Thank you.

Despite this, some very fabulous things happened today:

- I found out Mr. Tim Wells will be paying a visit in October

- I finished another essay that I've been working on for a while

- And last but not least, I received my first-ever book contract in the mail

It's for my anthology tentatively entitled Coming Out of the Closet Again about Queer-Identified Bisexual women with the very awesome Suspect Thoughts Press and I'm quite tickled. I have some of my favorite writers contributing pieces and have been working on this project for a while so I'm happy to have found it a home.
