SHOW HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:

Crown Hill Cemetery is an autobiographical solo comedy of Haas'outrageous family experiences with death and dying. Her uncle photographs dead relatives in their coffins, her mother perpetually shops for cemetery plots, and her sister frequently declares "She needs something decent to wear, and for God's sake, what will we bury her in?" Haas received a Jerome Foundation Fellowship to draft this piece and went on to present a workshop production in the 2003 Piccolo Spoleto Festival. Recently
Haas and director James McLaughlin teamed up to complete development of
Crown Hill Cemetery.
